1iere Chef de PArtie Required for a British Restaurant near Opera.

We are a predominantly English-Speaking Kitchen. Everything is made inhouse, we bake our own bread and make our own condiments.

We have a big weekend Brunch business. You will be alternating between the Hot & Starter sections. CV, and if you feel like it, a brief cover letter.

Ideally you will have had experience cooking an Anglo-Saxon Menu somewhere.
